My #RedJanuary challenge has finished! Thanks to everyone who helped me complete a 5K everyday this month (FELT LIKE A YEAR LONG MONTH 😩🤣) to raise money and awareness for 31 different cancer charities. All whilst being on #chemotherapy and running with little Audrey - my #stoma.
ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE and despite the pitfalls of social media I’ve found so many kind, caring, inspirational and strong people on here since I started. THANK YOU ❤️
There was a lady across from me when I was in hospital. She’s my hero. She was so vibrant, full of life and didn’t stop laughing and joking. She reminded me of my Mum. The day before her surgery I heard her explaining to someone that after years of her tummy not feeling right she found out she had stomach cancer… which is sadly terminal. I cried that night. The next day she was about to be taken for surgery to have her tumour removed and she took her hat off. She had no hair due to her treatment but I’ve never seen someone look so strong, glowing and defiant. She’s my reminder to get up everyday and be grateful that I still can and that I can be treated.
For everyone going through a tough time at the moment. You’re not alone. Keep going. You’ve got this 👊🏽

And the biggest thanks to my absolute Queen & saviour @kateholderness who has talked Audrey into behaving 😂🙃 saved my feet and cheered me every step of the way. I love you.
